HORSE RIDING IN NORFOLK |
|
HORSE
RIDING TO REMOVE STRESS |
Norfolk is a great place for riding, and
is full of riding stables suitable for all ages and abilities. The
lush green fields, the endless bridle paths and off road riding all adds
up to make Norfolk a lovely place to ride. Most stables and riding
schools provide
out or indoor arenas, with one to one tuition or group rides, offering
teaching for beginners or the more advanced.

Riders enjoy fresh air at the
same time as taking exercise. The mere act of patting a horse is proven
to lower your blood pressure. Caring for a horse gives humans experience
of relationships, responsibility and friendship - bonding with a horse is the best stress buster you can find!
